This Terms of Use Agreement sets forth the agreement between Zdietzone.com ("Balanced Nutrition" or "we") and each user ("you, or "user") governing the use by you of this site.  Please read this agreement carefully before using this site.  By using this site, you signify your assent to this Terms of Use Agreement.  If you are unable to accept these conditions, you may not access or use this site.

1.  Zdietzone.com and the Balanced Nutrition Guide offers general advice only.  Thus, none of the advice included on this website or the guide is to be regarded as a substitute for medical advice.

2.  Zepure Jerahian is a Nutritional Consultant and does not purport to be medically qualified and cannot accept responsibility for illness arising out of the failure to seek such medical advice.  If in doubt, always check with your doctor first.

3.  Answers provided to your questions by Zepure Jerahian or zdietzone.com website personnel are offered only as informational purposes and is not intended as a substitute for any medical advice.

5.  Zdietzone.com and Balance Nutrition Guide is providing this site and its contents on an "as is" basis.  We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to this site or its contents, including without limitation the products, information or services offered or sold on or through this site or any linked site.

6.  Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel.  We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. 

7.  Zdietzone.com is a personal website and is not funded by any outside organization.  It is owned, funder and operated by Zepure Jerahian - a nutritional consultant.

8.  You expressly agree that use of the zdietzone site, including but not limited to all user submitted content, services, digital products, tools and products purchased through the zdietzone site, is at your sole risk.

9.  You understand and agree that any material and or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the zdietzone.com site is at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such material and or data.

10.  Zdietzone does not endorse, condone or take responsibility for any specific product, service or medical treatment.

11.  Zdietzone shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused, or alleged to have been caused, directly or indirectly, by the information or ideas contained, suggested or referenced in the zdietzone site, its digital products or services.  Your participation in the zdietzone site is solely at your own risk.  No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from zdietzone or through the zdietzone site, its employees and or consultants shall create any warranty not expressly made herein.

12.  Zdietzone makes no warranty regarding any goods, services, digital products, content, tools or products purchased or obtained through the zdietzone site or any transactions entered into through the zdietzone site.

13.  You may order services or merchandise through the zdietzone site form other persons not affiliated with zdietzone ("Seller").  All matters concerning the merchandise and services desired from the seller, including but not limited to purchase terms, payment terms, warranties, guarantees, maintenance and delivery, are solely between you and Seller.  Zdietzone makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with regard to any goods or services provided by Sellers.  You will not consider zdietzone nor will zdietzone be construed as a party to such transactions, whether or not zdietzone may have received some form of revenue or other remuneration in connection with the transaction or be liable for any costs or damages arising out of, either directly or indirectly, you or any other person involved or related to the transaction.
